Spaghetti with Walnuts and Blue Cheese

My Dearest Dollinks!
As I cooked fettuccine last night, I gnashed my teeth (gnash! gnash!) in annoyance. Should have made spaghetti! Should have made spaghetti! Dang! Run - don’t walk - to your closest food store to buy the first of the annual spaghetti harvest, flown in fresh from Italy and Switzerland! To be sure, the pick of the crop costs a little more than everyday fettuccine, lasagna, and cannelloni, but the best of the best always comes at a premium price. Don’t settle for stale spaghetti when the harvest is heading your way! This fabulous treat is available only once a year - don’t miss out!

For a simple and tasty meal, toss that fresh spaghetti with olive oil, toasted walnuts, and crumbled chunks of blue cheese.
