Taco Seasoning Mix

I’m indebted to allrecipes.com for this easy, money-saving idea that’s an excellent substitute for the packaged equivalent. I didn’t have any sea salt, so used regular salt, instead.

Taco Seasoning Mix:

1 tbsp. chili powder
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. onion powder
¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
¼ tsp. dried oregano
½ tsp. paprika
1-½ tsp. cumin
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. fine black pepper

Combine well, storing in airtight container. Makes 1 oz. (28 g).
