Avocado-Banana Smoothie

Ron says this smoothie looks like crankcase oil - but adds that it’s delicious! So who’s the smoothie now? This wake-up, shake-up is good for you - and just plain good! It’s also as easy as one, two, three!

Avocado-Banana Smoothie:

1 ripe avocado, pitted and skinned
1 medium banana
¼ c. plain, natural yogurt
1-½ c. all-natural apple juice

Whirl at high speed in blender goblet. Yields 2 generous servings.

One: Combine ripe avocado, banana, yogurt, and juice

Two: Blend at high speed

Three: Enjoy today’s vitamins and minerals!

I’m off to cavort for awhile, Dollinks. The dictionary definition of that intriguing word is:
cavort |kəˈvôrt|verb [ no obj. ]jump or dance around excitedly: spider monkeys leap and cavort in the branches.• informal apply oneself enthusiastically to sexual or disreputable pursuits: he spent his nights cavorting with the glitterati. Spider monkeys? Disreputable pursuits? How exciting! xox Nicole
