Fluffy Cream Mustard

Calories, wot? But delicious calories! If it’s an ultra-creamy mustard you’re seeking, this is the one.


Fluffy Cream Mustard:


½ c. (125 mL) heavy cream (“whipping cream”)

1-to-2 tsp. (5-to-10 mL) prepared mustard (yellow ballpark mustard)

½ tsp. (2.5 mL) lemon juice 

Salt and pepper to taste


Whip cream, folding in combined mustard, lemon juice, and seasonings until no lumps remain. Serve as an accompaniment to meats, fish, and chicken.
