Ron’s Ultimate Nachos:
⅓-to-½ c. (80-to-125 mL) processed cheese spread such as Cheez Whiz
4-to-6 slices canned or fresh small jalapeño peppers, chopped finely
½ tsp. (2.5 mL) (more or less) hot sauce such as Tabasco
Combine well, warming on stove top or in microwave oven at low power setting. Pour over nachos, serving warm. Do not use crystal bowl to heat. Do not overheat.
