No real recipe. Cut the squash in half horizontally, taking out the seeds. Place the squash upside down in a dish with a ⅓ cup of water. Cover the container tightly with foil and bake at 350 deg. F. for 50 min. Using a fork, rake the spaghetti-like strands of squash from the shell. Combine in a serving bowl with a little garlic powder and butter. Alternately, use the strands of squash with spaghetti sauce, using it as a pasta substitute. Enjoy!
