Ron’s Spinach Salad

You’re sure to want this easy and delicious Spinach Salad in your summer repertoire! I love Ron’s variation!
Ron’s Spinach Salad:
4 c. baby spinach, stems removed
1 ripe avocado, sliced
½ red bell pepper, in small chunks
½ orange bell pepper, in small chunks 
10 or 12 cherry tomatoes, halved
10 or 12 ripe strawberries, sliced
Toss well. Combine with Rons Arf ’n’ Arf Balsamic Dressing (see previous post) just until spinach leaves glisten. Serve at once. At once, I say! Thank you, Dollinks.
