Ron’s Spinach Salad:
4 c. baby spinach, stems removed
1 ripe avocado, sliced
½ red bell pepper, in small chunks
½ orange bell pepper, in small chunks
10 or 12 cherry tomatoes, halved
10 or 12 ripe strawberries, sliced
Toss well. Combine with Ron’s Arf ’n’ Arf Balsamic Dressing (see previous post) just until spinach leaves glisten. Serve at once. At once, I say! Thank you, Dollinks.
