Dal’s Tomato-Tomato Soup:
One 27 oz. (796 ml) can diced tomatoes, undrained
One 10-oz. (295 mL) can condensed cream of tomato soup
Combine contents of cans in a microwave-safe container. Stir, microwave, and stir again. Add a teaspoon of sugar if too acidic. This soup takes 5 min. to prepare and serves 3 or 4.
Dal says the antioxidants present in tomatoes have been scientifically found to guard against colon, prostate, breast, endometrial, lung, and pancreatic cancers.
By the way, this is a picture of Dal. He also says (and I quote): “If you eat Dal’s Tomato-Tomato Soup, you, too, can ride a unicycle!”

Love it ..... If you want to get REALLY fancy you can sprinkle some chopped herbs on top.
