Blue Cheese Dip

Hardcore blue cheese lovers will really go for this! 

Blue Cheese Dip:

½ c. sour cream
¼ c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
1 small clove garlic, finely minced
2 tbsp. finely crumbled blue cheese

Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hr. (and no more than 24 hr.) to allow flavors to blend before serving
