Blue Cheese Dip

Steadfast blue cheese lovers will really go for this! 


Blue Cheese Dip:


½ c. (125 mL) sour cream

¼ c. (60 mL) mayonnaise

1 tbsp. (15 mL) finely chopped fresh parsley

1 small clove garlic, finely minced

2 tbsp. (30 mL) finely crumbled blue cheese


Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hr. (and no more than 24 hr.) to allow flavors to blend before serving.
