How to Separate Eggs: Two Easy Ways
My mother did it the usual way (Eggs, dummy!), with the shell often breaking the yolk. I did it that way for years! And then I learned a far simpler way that evolved naturally from experience. As you crack the egg, gentlydrop it into your hand, catching the yolk as the white slips through.
But there’s a new trick, as shown in this YouTube video. Golly!
