This great dressing hits exactly the right note for my Iceberg Salad with Shrimp in the post below.
Blue Cheese Salad Dressing:
½ c. mayonnaise
½ c. sour cream
3 tbsp. crumbled Roquefort cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper (preferably freshly ground)
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Cover and chill until serving time. Makes approximately 1 cup.
