Chicken Tortilla Wraps:
Two 10-in. corn or flour tortillas
¼ head of iceberg lettuce, coarsely chopped
¼ c. finely chopped green onions (“spring” onions)
1 medium tomato, coarsely chopped
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
10-to-15 ripe, pitted olives (“black olives”), finely chopped
Salsa, as needed
Sour cream, as needed

Steam/poach chicken in unsalted water |
Chill and slice chicken |
Prepare tortillas with choice of ingredients |
Wrap 'n' roll! Chomp, chomp, chomp! |
