China Coast Salad Dressing:
1 c. (250 mL) mayonnaise
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. (150 mL) rice vinegar
4 tbsp. (60 mL) granulated sugar
4 tbsp. (60 mL) sesame oil
2 tbsp. (25 mL) soy sauce
1/2 tsp. (2 mL) garlic powder
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Add all ingredients to a lidded jar. Shake well to combine. Label and store in fridge.
