I use bottled or canned artichokes in this very easy recipe.
Field Greens with Artichokes:
2 sliced hard-boiled eggs
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
5 artichoke halves, sectioned
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Serves four as a main course; eight as a side dish Voilà!
