Holiday Punch

Pomegranate syrup gives this party punch its depth and sweetness. You’ll find it in large supermarkets or gourmet specialty stores such as Williams Sonoma.
Alcoholic Holiday Punch:
1 - 26-oz. (750 mL) bottle sparkling white or rosé wine
8 c. ginger ale (see Note)  
1-½ c. cranberry juice
¼ c. pomegranate syrup
Ice cubes
1 lemon, sliced, as garnish
Combine in punch bowl, garnishing with lemon slices. Makes 26 punch-cup size servings.
