Non-Alcoholic Peaches ’n’ Cream Cocktail:
2 c. milk
2 large scoops vanilla ice cream, slightly softened (about ⅔ c.)
4 eggs
1 c. drained, sliced canned peaches
⅔ c. frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
Blenderize all ingredients at high speed until smooth and frothy. This makes 12 punch-cup size servings.
